Free Domestic Return & Exchanges
We handle all returns or exchanges on a case by case basis. We stand behind our goods and want customers to be satisfied with them. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, Svinne will be happy to accept return or exchanges of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging including the original receipt/invoice within 14 days of the purchase date.

Svinne does not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from other retailers. In the event you find an issue with your piece, please contact the original place of purchase.
International Return & Exchanges
International orders have a different return process.
To request a return, please contact svinne@svinne.com, and be sure to include your order number or invoice number.
Svinne will be happy to accept return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging including the original receipt/invoice within 14 days of the package you receive.
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping the package back to us. Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund (we cannot refund any shipping fees paid by the customer).
International exchanges are not available.
Refunds
All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
If you ordered by credit card, a credit will be issued with 14 business days. It will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/ or billing cycle.
